Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original Simuero box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Ship Your Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
