How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our studio. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for production before your item is dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
We use high-quality recycled 925 sterling silver and 18k gold plating. All our gemstones are ethically sourced and unique, meaning slight variations in shape and color may occur, making every piece one-of-a-kind.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
How can I find my ring size?
We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also purchase a physical ring sizer from our store for the most accurate measurement.

To maintain the luster of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store your pieces in their original pouch when not in use and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
